In 2019, the head of one of the top pharmaceutical corporations that participated in Operation Warp Speed told his employees to start churning out billions of doses of a new vaccine that would come into play “next year” in response to a planned “plandemic.”
Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel not only had this disturbing pre-pandemic conversation with his staff, but he also confirmed that Seth Berkley, the CEO of GAVI, knew all about it in advance.
Keep in mind that at the time Bancel said all this, the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) was not even yet a thing. Somehow, he knew well in advance that a planned incident would occur that his company needed to be ready to profit from once governments began announcing the “threat” publicly.
Bancel admitted all this during a recent panel discussion at the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Davos 2023 meeting in Switzerland. When asked about the development, adoption, and scaling up of the covid jab for different variants and subvariants, Bancel responded with:
“As Seth knows, when the pandemic happened Moderna made 100,000 doses in 2019 for the whole year. And I remember walking after that into the office of Moderna manufacturing and I say: ‘How about we make a billion doses next year?’ And [you / they] look at me a bit funny say: ‘What?’ I said: ‘Yeah, we need to make a billion doses next year; there’s going to be a pandemic.'”
(Related: Bancel is said to have direct ties to the communist China lab in Wuhan where covid is believed by some to have “escaped.”)
While it is unclear whether Bancel’s pre-pandemic conversation with his staff occurred in late 2019 or early 2020, we know for a fact that it took place before March 11 when then-President Donald Trump declared a national emergency, opening up the floodgates for Operation Warp Speed.
Moderna was a top recipient of Operation Warp Speed funding, and it appears as though Bancel already had an arrangement in place prior to its official launch that he knew would allow the company to participate by manufacturing billions of messenger RNA (mRNA) injections for the global market.
Moderna knew, in other words, that it would be given special contracts to supply at least one billion doses of its so-called “vaccine.” And somehow the company knew how to produce these injections for a “disease” that had not yet fully emerged on the global stage.
“And those ‘vaccines’ were, supposedly, for an unknown virus for which the lethality, number of cases and infection rate could not have been known,” added The Exposé about the matter.
The corporate-controlled media has been working overtime to try to excuse away Bancel’s admissions, which basically admit to fraud and conspiracy. One fake news outlet tried to claim that Bancel’s statements were “misrepresented,” and that he somehow did not say what he actually said.
So-called “fact checkers” published piece after piece claiming that what Bancel said was taken out of context by “extremists” pushing a conspiracy narrative. The reality, though, is that Bancel said what he meant and meant what he said – without shame, it should be noted.
“Is it time to get the ropes out?” asked one commenter in response to the news.
“Of course it was a pre-planned event,” remarked another.
“Back in 2014-15 when Moderna was basically a nobody, Rishi Sunak through his company Theleme, had the forethought to purchase 6.5 million shares in Moderna,” revealed someone else.
“With the increase in share value and the proceeds from the Moderna jab, the criminal Sunak has undoubtedly made a satisfactory return on investment.”
